I actually don't listen to music as much as I used to. Well, not as often at least.
The only time I really ever listen to music is while we're in the car. I tried listening to music while I do my work, but I become too distracted.
The one time I do listen to music is if I am sad or mad because it calms me down. And I don't listen to a particular song. Some of the main bands I will listen to are Chiodos, Rise Against, Bayside, Underoath.
I just usually go to Pandora and put the Chiodos channel on and they play a variety of different bands.
