There are many things I enjoy during this time such as fishing, Halloween, Thanksgiving and pumpkin pie ice cream -- just to name a few. One thing I especially enjoy is hanging out around an apple orchard. There is nothing better than enjoying a few doughnuts and sipping a warm cup of apple cider on a crisp autumn day.
And I love picking fresh apples to bring home to eat or make applesauce with. Let me tell you, we have the best apples in Michigan. :)
