I really need to be planning ahead of time for these posts.
On account of lack of preparation, this entry is going to be quite short.
Being younger, I remember my grandma driving all over the state to to find the latest Beanie Baby she needed for her massive collection. We went to McDonald's, Hallmark and just about every store that carried the bean-filled animals. My favorite thing about going with her was getting to read the poems on their tags. I even owned a few Beanie Babies myself. I wasn't collecting them like she was, but I did enjoy playing with them.
