I started the Cabage Soup Diet this morning to try and lose a few pounds and get a kick start on a healthier lifestyle. I weighed in this morning at 126 lbs. So far I've had a lot of apples, nectarines, water and some soup.
I also did some walking for exercise.
Dan had planned on doing the diet with me. He made it through the day until dinner time and ordered some food. Now I'm having a hard time doing this. I'm hungry, cranky and depressed. All I want to do is sit in bed and cry.
