The Crock-Pot Post: Delicious Homemade Applesauce!

The weekend always goes by way too fast! Dan and I finally got to the store last night to get some things for the slow cooker.
I decided to get some apples to make a homemade applesauce. We did this in my class in elementary school and I loved it. For this applesauce I followed the recipe from Cookin' Canuck. I don't have an apple peeler or anything to core it, so I just cut sliced the skin off and cut the apples into chunks. I have a smaller Crock-Pot so I used 3 apples instead of 10. I also used the lower sugar version.

It was delicious! I'm actually going to make a big batch in the end of the week to take home to my family and friends over the weekend. I definitely will never buy applesauce from the store anymore!

Now I'm just working on a pot roast for dinner tonight. I love this thing! :)

I haven't sold anything from my store recently, but I did have a few referral sales. I think the sales may have came from my Squidoo lens. I love how we can all support each other and I wish we were able to track our referrals so I could thank people when they get the word out about my product and get things sold.
Here are the magnets I sold.

And this is another referral. It's not related to the others, but someone could have bought it when they were searching through my referral link.
