I Can See the Floor!
I'm getting A LOT of work done in my room and I am very proud of myself!
After getting most of it done last night, Dan and I went out to eat at Bahama Breeze. I found a $25 gift card for them while I was cleaning and figured we'd give it a try. We definitely spent more than the $25 on the card, and it wasn't really worth it. The food wasn't bad, but the portions were way too small for that kind of money. Dan had the wood-grilled Tilapia. It was a very small portion of fish, garlic mashed potatoes and about seven pea pods. I had the grilled Chicken Santiago. It looked like this, but with one less breast and a few less vegetables.
It wasn't very filling at all. But I must say, the red pepper sauce went nice with the chicken.
The both of us had room for dessert, but we came home for that. :)
It was a nice experience to try something new, but I probably wouldn't go back.
I woke up this morning and got quite a bit more work done to the room so that I can come home from work tonight and relax.
I'm off to finish a few more things and start heading to work.
Here is a quick sales update before I leave.

The Post-Birthday Post
I've been quite busy the last couple days. I've been working ever since we've gotten back into town and I think I am coming down with strep throat.
Besides that, my weekend was great! I got to see my friends and family, and even Snowflake. I don't think I've mentioned that Snowflake has been moved to my mom's place until I move out of the apartment I am in now, for her safety. So I don't see her very often and it's nice to see her when I go back to my mom's.
While I was home, Dan and I took my sister out to Great Lakes Crossing to go shopping and get something to eat. I think Great Lakes Crossing is probably my favorite mall back in Michigan. It is a mile long and I think about 200 stores and places to eat and such. It really is an experience. We walked around for awhile and browsed through a bunch of stores. I bough a Detroit mug from Love From Michigan, and took my sister to Hot Topic to buy some bracelets. We ate at the Kerby's Koney Island and then called it a night. Next big event is mine and Dan's five year anniversary on the 3rd of February. I think we'll probably celebrate it on the weekend, though. I'm off to get dinner ready now. Will update again soon. :)

Back Home
Just got back into Michigan last night. We're here until Sunday to celebrate my birthday with our friends and family. The day of my birthday was real nice. My friend Bianca came over and brought me a bunch of balloons.
We went and picked up our friend Jenny to go get our nails done. We didn't get to spend too much time with Jenny because she had to go to work right after we were done with our nails.
Bianca and I headed out to Chuck E. Cheese to have pizza and play games. We also took pictures while we were there.

We ended the night by going to see Leap Year. I came home and went out to eat with Dan, though I wasn't really hungry by that point. This weekend should be a very nice time as well. I'll be back to update on Monday. Before I go, here is a quick sales update.

The Birthday Post
It's too early to be awake, but you only turn 20 once. :)
I have a lot to do to get ready for today so I suppose I'll just get a head start.
I also made a birthday sale! I'll share real quick and then I am off to start the day.

Road Trip
I'm almost done with work this week, and then I am taking a little mini birthday vacation. I've got a lot of preparation at my apartment to do before Thursday. My friends and I don't really have set plans for the day (except for getting our nails done), so we're just going to take the day as it comes. Those are always the best times. Dan and I decided to do something like that on Sunday since we both had the day off. We drove out to downtown Milwaukee and hung out there for a couple hours. After that we headed to Green Bay and stopped for some pizza at Gallagher's. Round trip we drove about 410 miles, but it was worth it because we had so much fun. Oh and, of course I brought my camera. :)
Hopefully my birthday is just as surprising. :) I will be sure to bring my camera for that, too.
Now an update on sales, and off to work!

Good Food, Good Company, Good Times
I'm just getting ready for work but thought I'd drop by the blog for a bit and catch up with your blogs.
The past weekend was really nice. I got off of work on Saturday around dinner time so Dan and I went to Giordanos for some pizza. It was our first time there and I have to say everything was great. We walked out with our stomachs full and plenty of pizza left over. After dinner we went to see Youth in Revolt. We both thought it was very funny and made plans to see it the next night.
Dan and I had Sunday off together so we headed out to find something to eat. We stopped over at Kappy's since we had been driving for awhile and we've eaten there before so we know the food is good. Again, we had plenty of leftovers! We stopped by my work after lunch to see Youth in Revolt, again.
It was a nice and relaxing weekend. Between the leftovers we had from Saturday and Sunday, we had a pretty nice dinner come Monday night. I spent the whole day on Tuesday with my friend Bianca and we saw The Princess and the Frog. It was pretty humorous. After the movie we picked up our friend Jenny and just hung around for the rest of the night. The week has started off great and hopefully continues to follow throughout the weekend. I've also had a couple of sales I'd like to share.
I think I'm going to go catch up and see what I've missed in the blogging world. :)

Good Morning!
I've had a total mental block lately when it comes to writing stuff down in this blog.
It's been awhile since I've really updated. Christmas was nice. I got to see my family and friends. Dan and I got a Nintendo Wii and a grill for the balcony, some gift cards and money. The day after Christmas Dan and I went together to Outback. That was nice because we haven't gone in quite some time. And then I've already told you all that Dan got the mechanic job with International (see Disappearing and Reappearing).
Beside all of that, I've had a nice little chunk of sales on my Zazzle. I will end the post with an update of them, like I usually do, and then I am heading off to work! I can't wait for the day to be over and for Sunday to come. Dan and I both have Sunday off and we're going to go out for the day.
Now I leave you with some sales. :)
Wow! Thanks for all the sales everyone! Now it's off to the other job.
You know, the one that pays the bills. :)
